How is our network of healthcare providers formed?
Our network of service providers consists of local and national organizations, which may be associations or private organizations. It is composed of various providers (home help / personal services, psychologists, social workers, vehicles for hire / taxis, school tutoring, occupational therapists, etc.).
What is the digitalized tracking of assistance files?
It is a service that optimizes and digitalizes the customer healthcare assistance journey via a web app. The aim of this solution is to facilitate the instantaneous tracking and coverage of the policyholder, as well as the management of their file. Following the first telephone contact with the assistance coordinator, text messages are sent to the customer or their caregiver to provide them with information in real time (such as the reference number of their file, the assignment of the service to a provider, or the sending of a satisfaction survey). Each text message contains a link to a web page providing additional information.
