All our assistance coordinators have one thing in common: They like helping people in trouble and feeling useful. Joining an Assistance team means applying technical organisation skills, taking a decision for the best solution and being able to listen and empathise.
In the spotlight
Maeva is an assistance coordinator in the Mutuaide auto division. She first joined the company as a seasonal worker and has now held this position for nine years. She shares with us her motivation and the day-to-day nature of her work from Nantes, where the auto assistance division is based.

Mission :
As an assistance coordinator in the medical division:
- Listen and reassure customers.
- Organise services like dispatching an ambulance, a taxi or booking a ticketing service for a medical assistance request.
As an assistance coordinator in the auto division:
- Listen and reassure customers.
- Organise services like dispatching a breakdown mechanic, arranging a taxi or booking a ticketing service in the context of a repatriation.
