Welcome to Mutuaide Assistance !

In the history of Mutuaide Assistance, 2011 will remain a year of transition. On the one hand, there were no major climate events or natural disasters affecting our activity. On the other hand, the « Arab Spring » revolutions have led to major geopolitical shifts.

Consequently, the number of cases remained virtually stable, the most substantial increase being recorded in Home Emergency Assistance and Personal Services, while activities in Automotive Assistance and Travel assistance have slowed down.

One of the highlights of the year 2011 was the launch of major workplace projects, such as the optimisation of workspaces, automating  interaction with service providers, the use of smart phones in customer relationships, in order to replace paper-based processes with electronic exchanges. This was accomplished by encouraging collaborative work.

As for human resources, Mutuaide has also innovated by signing with its social partners the first telework agreement in the profession.

In order to find business development opportunities, we have participated in several commercial competitions, in areas such as sports, e.g. the 2012 London Olympics ; and credit cards, by  winning the tender for Credit Agricole, LCL and Carrefour Bank,  and the growth of our insurance activity with the creation of SDGAC.

We are now reaping positive benefits from our sustainable and profitable development and cost control strategy. In a world where competition is increasingly aggressive, Mutuaide Assistance evidenced its ability to win challenging contracts, thanks to its human size and optimized organization, “tailor made” solutions, expertise, as well as motivated and enthusiastic staff.

Mutuaide Assistance is ready to meet new challenges :  I’m confident  that 2012 will be another successful year !
